1. 7.100Mhz　Move to higher frequencies in this neighborhood because of heavy congestion.

   1. move to 7.181(LSB mode display) center 7.1795Mhz. SSTV main is 7.178, 2nd 7.175. 3rd 7.181. and 7.103(ACDS 500Hz)

2. 21Mhz operation is maintained as is.

3. Consider adding 14Mhz operation, replace 29Mhz RDP to multiband(CREATE 318S) at mid march.

4. Consider adding 10Mhz operation.

Digital emergency communication awareness

WINLINK is a powerful system, but the barriers to its introduction are high, and V/UHF operation with VarAC + Vara FM would be useful for educational activities.
